SEEKING REPRESENTATION?

Henderson & Romo Inc. Talent Agency encourages both union and non-union actors to submit their material for Commercial representation. The Agency does not allow "walk-in's" and will only consider "mailed-in submissions". Emailed "submissions", unless previously approved are heavily discouraged.

Your "submission" should include the following:
1. COVER LETTER
A brief note explaining who you are, why you are seeking representation and anything
else that you feel may be of importance in setting you apart from other actors.

(Please do not forget to include contact information.)

*Babies and children only need to include vitals (birth date, sizes, etc.) and parent contact information.

2. HEADSHOT
A color 8 x 10 headshot is preferred however any good, clear shot that accurately
captures who you are regardless of size and color are acceptable. Multiple headshots are not necessary.

*Professional headshots are not required for babies and children. Snapshots are acceptable.

3. RESUME
Your resume should be attached to the back of your headshot and be up-to-date.
Include all TV/Film/Theater work, training, languages and skills. If you are brand new
to the market and lack a resume, be sure to include why you are starting now and
why you feel you should be considered for an interview in your cover letter.

*Children under 18 are not expected to have a resume, however any school plays, performances may be listed in resume format or in the cover letter. Babies are excluded.

Please allow up to three weeks after the mailing of your "submission" to be
contacted for an interview. If a month has passed and no contact has been
made, feel free to re-submit in 4 to 6 months. Not all "submissions" can be
granted interviews and the Agents cannot answer all queries as they receive
hundreds a week. All "submissions" are opened and considered, however a log
of receivables is not kept, therefore "follow-up calls" are highly
discouraged.
